You can use the context menu:
1. Tap and hold on the contact you want to move
2. Select Move Up or Move Down to move to contact one spot up or down
Or you go to list view and drag them:
1. Change to list view
2. You can now drag and drop contacts to the order you want

Its a great app! What would be the best size and resolution for the "photo touch" tiles?
Hi drew,
the pictures sizes for the tiles are:
Launcher - 64x64px
Small - 97x91px
Big - 149x123px
List - 50x50px
So if you have a preferred view, than the picture should match the related pixel ratio. If you just switch between the views sometimes, than a square picture that has a minimum resolution of 150x150px should be best.
